In my pain group we advocate routine, lack of stimulation (TV especially the news, Caffeine), relaxing and reading a not too exciting book. I hope you find relief from sleeplessness soon.John Buchananhttp://johncbuchanan.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-883131172123152234.post-25560112893238146362011-11-10T11:00:54.413+00:002011-11-10T11:00:54.413+00:00I too often suffer from insomnia. I can only imagine how much harder it must be to sleep when you have chronic pain. Your poem expresses the frustration and sadness of having to live with that pain. I saw a doctor who gave me some meds that causes drowsiness and from that time on I was able to find the appropriate sleeping pattern for me. I hope you will be able to find a solution to your sleeping problem and that you will be able to rest well.Joyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13525564416262132493noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-883131172123152234.post-76845036501835233992011-11-08T12:01:45.028+00:002011-11-08T12:01:45.028+00:00Lindsey, Thank you for your kind thoughts.
